Our office in Germany is currently looking for a Sales \& Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for somebody with strong organisational skills, a passion for Japan travel, and previous experience managing customer service operations within the travel industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Working with the sales manager to develop and maintain relationships with B2B travel agencies and partners


• Assisting customers throughout the booking and travel process


• Assisting the sales team with both B2C and B2B enquiries and bookings


• Designing and reviewing tailor\-made travel itineraries to Japan


• Supervising supporting and coordinating the small customer service team in Germany


• Coordinating shipping and logistics processes related to travel documents and products


• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring operational organisation


• Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks when required


• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times


• Dealing with any administrative and ad\-hoc requests related to the smooth running of the Berlin office and the International team.

• Experience working with B2B travel agencies


• Previous experience designing travel itineraries to Japan


• Previous customer service experience within the travel industry


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment


• Team player with a proactive attitude


• Must speak German to a native level


• Must speak English to an advanced level


• Must have either lived in or travelled extensively throughout Japan


• Accustomed to operate in an international environment

• Incentive to travel to Japan


• Hybrid work available depending on business needs (not fully remote)


• Yearly and quarterly bonus based on performance
