We’re looking for a highly organised and customer\-focused Sales / Customer Service person to support our busy sales team and help deliver a seamless experience for our customers. This is a fast\-paced and varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem\-solving, and being at the heart of a team.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly, from managing bookings to supporting customers and ensuring our courses are delivered efficiently, with a clear pathway to progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the sales team with day\-to\-day operations and coordination


• Processing course bookings and issuing timely confirmations


• Managing and responding to multiple shared inboxes


• Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries (phone \& email)


• Preparing and sending quotations, with follow\-ups where needed


• Building and maintaining customer and prospect lists


• Keeping CRM and CMS systems accurate and up to date


• Helping maximise course capacity and optimise scheduling


• Coordinating logistics for off\-site training


• Delivering a high standard of customer service at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

• 2\+ years’ experience in a sales support, admin, or customer\-facing role


• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment


• A proactive, can\-do attitude with strong problem\-solving skills


• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team


• Good working knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage


• Comfortable using technology, with an interest in websites and/or social media an advantage

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: €28,000\.00\-€32,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navan, County Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
