We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Sales Correspondent to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will support the sales function through excellent customer service, efficient administrative work, and effective communication with clients and internal departments.

Overall function and description of the job:

To provide effective and efficient internal support for sales of defined product groups to designated sales areas, and to maintain the highest possible standard in customer relationships.

Main duties:

  • Deal with customer enquiries for defined market areas (and to deputise for colleagues on other market areas when required).

  • Receive, process and progress customer orders.

  • Liaise with other departments as required to ensure orders and queries are dealt with and efficient customer service is maintained.

  • To support and liaise with sales managers for defined product groups.

  • To liaise with the planning department.

  • To prepare and send out samples and sales literature as requested.
Requirements:

Essential Skills \& Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with strong attention to detail.

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, team\-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.

  • Knowledge of sales order processing and customer account management.

  • Basic understanding of sales documentation, invoicing, and reporting processes.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,400\.00 per year
