The Role

The Sales Coordinator role provides essential administrative and coordination support across the sales function. Acting as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, the role ensures works are quoted, scheduled, and progressed efficiently. The position is responsible for preparing and issuing quotations, coordinating work schedules, and maintaining up\-to\-date records across all relevant systems. The role also supports the smooth delivery of works by tracking progress, liaising with customers and colleagues, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Reporting to: Service Operations Manager

Hours: 39hrs per week

Days: Mon\-Fri

Essential Criteria

  • 2 \+ Previous experience in a Sales Administration role or similar.

  • Previous experience using Office 365 applications for communication.

  • Excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

  • Ability to motivate, organise their day with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask.

  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria
  • Prior experience in the Fire detection industry is an advantage but not required.
Duties \& Responsibilities
  • Prepare Quotations for customers based on work orders received from the Engineers.

  • Schedule and coordinate works in line with project timelines and priorities.

  • Monitor outstanding works and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.

  • Liaise with clients to confirm availability, access arrangements, and work scopes.

  • Raise purchase orders and arrange the supply of materials for approved jobs.

  • Update and maintain job cards with current job status, notes, and relevant documentation.

  • Record and update work dates on frameworks.

  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider sales function.
