Sales Coordinator
THE PERSON
The Sales Coordinator is a super confident individual that is part of the Cluster Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.
You will do sales research, understand
how to conduct prospecting, administrative tasks, maximise revenue, build customer loyalty and support the Regional Sales team.
You’ll be based in the Brussels
area operating out of the Moxy Brussels and support the 2 Hotel Co 51 hotels in the market, with travel to client sites or events as needed.
THE JOB
- Evaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Multi Property Sales Manager, covering Moxy Brussels and Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU hotels.
- Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions.
- Join\-in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels.
- Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.

- Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed.
- Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.
- Research and identify new leads.
- Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed.
- Using our CRM, SFA Web and Opera,
- Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts
- Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
- Establish and maintain complete and up\-to\-date lead response information
- Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems
- Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement
- Language requirements: Business proficient English \& French.
- Detailed and

- Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially:
- Excel (you’ve got to love those spreadsheets)
- Word (perfect for proposals)
- PowerPoint (make your presentations pop) and
- Outlook (you use all the tools).
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment

AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk,
- Experience in select\-service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plus
- Previous experience in a multi\-property or cluster sales role is advantageous
