Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily sales workflow, including lead distribution and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team.

  • Act as the primary liaison between sales and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline transparency.

  • Prepare professional sales proposals, contracts, and stakeholder presentations.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide leadership with actionable sales data.

  • Monitor incoming customer inquiries via email and phone, providing rapid and helpful responses.

  • Organize and maintain a repository of product specifications and marketing materials for team use.

  • CRM Management: Practical experience managing sales pipelines within platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English (Danish proficiency is a strong advantage).

  • Operational Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, deadlines, and administrative tasks with precision.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
