It's an interesting and complex business and the team is currently working to improve their way of working and plan to extend to an true pan\-nordic way of working in the future. We are looking for someone who is structured, service\-minded and comfortable working close to both sales and operations. You do not need to come from a senior role, but you should have some relevant experience from a role where you coordinated tasks, handled requests and used CRM systems in your daily work.
You are comfortable asking questions, setting clear expectations and following up until tasks are completed. Experience from telecom, IT infrastructure, connectivity or another technical B2B environment is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are curious, organised and motivated to learn our products, systems and ways of working.
After 6 months, success in this role means that you have learned our ways of working, pricing models and key systems, and that you know when to handle requests independently and when to escalate to a Key Account Manager.
