Sales Coordinator

SALES COORDINATOR | £30,000–£35,000 | High Wycombe

Travel: Occasional travel to London and retailer locations

I’m working with a well-established brand and household name, with a strong UK presence and an extensive network of retail partners, who are looking to add a Sales Coordinator to their growing team.

This is a newly created role and is definitely more than traditional sales administration.

Working closely with the Sales Director and Area Sales Managers, you’ll help keep the Sales function organised, support customers and retailers, analyse sales information and, importantly, look at how things can be done better.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with systems, data and Excel, there’s plenty of scope to get involved in improving spreadsheets, reporting and processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to become the go-to tech-savvy person within the Sales Team.

The role will give you exposure to:

• Sales coordination and customer support


• Sales reporting and data analysis


• Display orders and quality control


• Process and system improvements


• Retailer training and events


• New product launches


• Occasional support at the London office


• Working closely with the wider business

It’s a varied role with genuine scope to develop your commercial and customer-facing experience, with the potential to progress into a future Sales Executive, Account Manager or Area Sales Manager position.

I’m looking for someone who is highly organised, confident with IT and Excel, analytical, commercially minded and enjoys finding better ways of working.
