Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the Sales and Technical Office Manager we are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator, with a view to strengthening the current team and bring fresh enthusiasm to this challenging role.

Position: Sales Co\-ordinator

Main Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by;


• Dealing with all customer requests in a professional \& helpful manor.


• Ensuring the customer is happy how we have dealt with each request.


• Develop \& enhance branch relationships with regular outgoing telephone calls.


• Take Incoming telephone calls and process sale orders, debits.


• Generate Quote via In\-house system


• Check Stock.


• Give screen prices \& offer prices on current deals.


• Check order status.


• Answer basic product related questions.


• Record enquiry details \& pass to technical or sales supervisor.


• Email product information.


• If cannot deal with a call, qualify which department to pass on to.


• Assist RSM’s in admin duties required in running their sales region.


• Assist RSM’s in delivering sales initiatives \& promotions.


• Process collections.


• To use the Trello and Freshdesk for all enquiries:

Provide exceptional customer service by;

Dealing with all customer requests in a professional \& helpful manor.
Ensuring the customer is happy with how we have dealt with each request.
Process customer orders and debits efficiently \& accurately.

Requirements

Excellent standard of customer care with a confident telephone manner.
Competence in numeracy and grammar.
Excellent organisation and multi\-tasking skills
High level of accuracy.
Adaptability.
A self motivated individual willing \& capable to learn.
Works well within a team.
Professional, friendly with a positive attitude
Good time keeping
