Join our team as a Sales Coordinator!

We're seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting our sales operations. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for sales reporting, administrative coordination, data analysis, and client information management, helping drive commercial success across the business. This is a permanent, 100% office\-based position.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

BM/Sales Team Support: Tracking Sales data, monitoring order status, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery.

Reporting \& Data Management: Sales data analysis, weekly/monthly reports, and maintaining accurate client records.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with marketing, finance, and logistics to streamline sales operations.

Profile
-----------

Experience: 2\+ years in sales support / administration

Strong organization skills and excellent customer service skills.

Multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

100% office\-based roleProfessional requirements

Bachelor degree.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages
-------------

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction in Spanish and English

Other languages as a plus
