Salary: £60,000 OTE \+ uncapped commission \+ company car

Working Hours: Full\-time, including weekends on rota

We are seeking a highly organised, ambitious, and driven Sales Controller to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of Holdcroft Motor Group.

As a Sales Controller, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day running of the department, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and profitable sales process. Your attention to detail, leadership qualities, and strategic mindset will help drive retail sales performance while maintaining exceptional standards across all sales activities.

Your Role

• Support the Sales Manager with the day\-to\-day operation of the sales department.


• Ensure sales processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and effectively.


• Maintain and optimise systems to improve sales performance and customer experience.


• Work closely with departments across the business to support prospecting activities, marketing campaigns, and events.


• Identify opportunities to increase retail sales and implement effective sales strategies.


• Monitor and support sales performance to maximise profitability.


• Build and maintain successful, compliant, and profitable sales processes.


• Provide leadership and support to the wider sales team when required.

• Competitive salary with £60,000 OTE and uncapped commission structure.
