As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel, and footwear to elevate their performance. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer\-first attitude to every interaction.
- Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment.
- Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
- Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn \& curious.
- Good communications skills in English.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast\-paced retail environment
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor. Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
