Online Bedrooms designs and sells premium fitted bedrooms, wardrobes and media walls for customers across the UK. We're growing, and we're looking for two Sales Designers to join our office\-based team at the Mansfield Innovation Centre.Every appointment is pre\-booked with a customer who's already interested — no cold calling, ever. Your job is to understand what they want, design it in CAD, and guide them to a decision.

What you'll earn

• £26,000 basic salary


• Uncapped commission — our designers realistically earn around £1,500/month on top


• Realistic OTE of £40,000–£44,000, with no ceiling on your best months

What you'll do

• Run online consultations (Zoom/phone) with customers who already want to buy


• Design fitted bedrooms and media walls in CAD


• Ask the right questions, present ideas clearly, handle objections, and close


• Work with the team to give every customer a great experience

What we're looking for

Essential

• Some direct sales experience (around a year or more)


• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new software


• Comfortable talking to customers live and closing business

A bonus (not essential)

• CAD experience


• Background in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, fitted furniture, interiors or home improvement

Hours \& locationOffice\-based in Mansfield, 37\.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday on a rotating shift:

• 9am–5pm / 10am–6pm / 11am–7pm

Plus every other Saturday from home (10am–2pm), with a half\-day back during the week. This suits people who are happy with later shifts and don't want a standard 9–5\. You'll need a reliable way to get to the Mansfield office.
