You will be provided with fresh web enquiries mainly generated through Google ads and high\-quality historic leads, as well as existing customer leads. You will play a key role in our growth by advising clients on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.*

*What You’ll Do*
  • *Convert fresh web enquiries and manage historic leads.*

  • *Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.*

  • *Provide expert advice on essential protection products.*

  • *Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling to ensure client cover remains suitable.*
*What You’ll Need*
  • *Experience:* *At least 1 year of proven experience in Life Insurance or Income Protection sales in an outbound telephone sales environment.*

  • *Track Record:* *A strong, verifiable history of hitting sales targets (you will be asked for proof).*

  • *Skillset:* *A results\-driven mindset with the ability to work with intensity and take full accountability for your performance.*

  • *Qualifications:* *RO5 qualification is preferred but not required.*

  • *Environment:* *A dedicated, professional home working setup.*
