• Deliver compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits, utilising presentation skills to persuade and inform customers.


• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.


• Manage client information accurately using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, ensuring data integrity and organisation.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow\-ups and personalised communication.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous.


• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Salesforce is desirable.


• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
