Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable training solutions effectively.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits, utilising presentation skills to persuade and inform customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage client information accurately using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, ensuring data integrity and organisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow\-ups and personalised communication.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Salesforce is desirable.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
