Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through B2B (business\-to\-business) sales channels, establishing rapport and understanding their specific needs


• Conduct persuasive negotiations to secure sales agreements that benefit both the customer and the company


• Drive your own schedule by managing appointments, follow\-ups, and client visits efficiently


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering expert advice on our products and services


• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow\-up tasks using IT tools and CRM systems


• Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales approaches and share market insights


• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable


• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and listen actively to client needs


• Valid Work Authorisation


• Strong IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organizational tools


• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently


• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals


• Knowledge of IT products or services is a plus but not mandatory
