Must have’s • Proven experience in phone based sales

• Experience selling regulated products in a fast paced environment


• Strong communication and listening skills


• Confident objection handling and closing ability


• A target driven mindset with real motivation to earn and succeed


• Ability to learn quickly and build strong product knowledge

Nice to have’s • Experience in insurance or financial services sales

• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques

So, what will you be doing? • Speak with customers to understand their needs, priorities and budgets

• Provide clear, consultative advice on suitable insurance solutions


• Use internal systems to generate quotes and compare available policies


• Explain policy benefits in a simple and engaging way


• Handle objections with confidence and turn enquiries into sales


• Deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving and exceeding targets
