Sales Consultant

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the look out for a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team!
As a Sales Consultant, approximately 70% of your role will involve proactive phone activity, prospect follow\-up and lead management within a sales office environment. The remaining 30% of your role will focus on welcoming prospective members into the club, delivering premium tours, showcasing our facilities and supporting new members through an outstanding onboarding experience. Working in Sales does not simply mean selling memberships.
It means creating relationships, understanding people’s needs, delivering premium experiences and helping members become part of a true wellness community. This is a dynamic and people\-focused role within an ambitious and international environment, ideal for someone energetic, proactive and passionate about customer experience, wellbeing and personal growth
Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant we are looking for someone who:
- Is target driven, with excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Has a passion for all things health and fitness.
- A self\-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience
- has excellent communication skills, both face\-to\-face and over the phone
- Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential
