Sales Consultant

We are currently recruiting for an Sales Consultant to join a fast\-growing and dynamic team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and developing a career within the insurance industry.

Whether you have previous experience in insurance or come from a strong customer service or sales background, full training will be provided with clear progression into specialist and advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance products and policies


• Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers through available options


• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions


• Deliver a high level of customer service while working towards individual and team targets


• Accurately update and maintain customer records on internal systems


• Support administrative tasks and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner


• A customer\-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly


• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information


• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms


• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload


• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, or insurance is advantageous but not essential

• Full training and ongoing support within the insurance sector


• Clear progression into specialist, advisory, or senior roles
