Sales Consultant - Calor & BBQ Shop

Job Summary
We are seeking a customer\-focused Sales Consultant to join our busy Calor \& BBQ Shop team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.

This role involves providing expert advice on our range of products and also taking orders by phone and in person on our busy Calor counter

The successful applicant will contribute to creating an inviting shopping environment and promote our brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

This role is 37\.5 hours per week across 5 out of 7 days including Saturdays.

Estimated earnings including bonus £24\.5k to £29\.5K.

• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and usage tips for Calor and BBQ equipment


• Maintain organised merchandising displays that attract customer attention and enhance shopping experience


• Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy


• Process transactions accurately using the shop’s point\-of\-sale systems


• Keep the sales area clean, tidy, and well\-stocked at all times


• Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising inventory

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not essential


• Training will be provided on our product range and software systems


• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear phone etiquette and active listening


• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts or offers


• Organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain attractive displays


• Must have great IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
