As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and customer\-focused Sales Consultant to join our team and help homeowners bring their projects to life.
The Role
This is a field\-based sales position where you will meet homeowners, assess their requirements, present solutions, and guide them through the attic conversion process.
You will be working with warm, qualified enquiries generated by the company and will be responsible for converting these opportunities into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role would suit a confident sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions about improving their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend appointments with prospective customers across Dublin and Leinster
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct professional in\-home consultations
- Prepare and present quotations
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives
- Work closely with the operations and project delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records within company systems
- Represent The Attic Company professionally at all times
Essential
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Ability to confidently present solutions and close sales
- Self\-motivated and target\-driven
- Excellent organisational and time\-management skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience in home improvements, construction, renovations, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, solar, or a related industry
- Experience conducting in\-home consultations
- CRM experience
