What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant with a passion for fashion to join our team!
Your main objectives as a Sales Assistant will be to create a memorable experience for our customers, enthusiastically conveying our passion for the brand, and helping them find what they're looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will also be responsible for achieving store goals, and last but not least, for keeping the store properly organized and stocked with the necessary products.
Our dream is for every customer to feel and share our brand identity, so they're eager to return to our stores. We need you to make this happen!
Role responsibilities:
- Customer experience: Attracting and retaining customers by paying attention to every detail and offering top\-quality service, reflecting the brand's values.
- Sales: achieve the store's commercial objectives and KPIs by conveying the brand's differentiating value to customers.
- Store operations: teamwork, inventory management, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, to ensure the point of sale functions correctly.
- Store image: Keep the store properly organized, following visual standards, and updated with the products necessary to offer a quality service.
- Cultural fit: To nurture and be part of a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
You are a helpful and friendly person with a great positive attitude.
You are enthusiastic and know how to connect with customers.
You are curious to learn new skills and know the products well, and of course, fashion is your passion, and you convey that passion!
What you need to succeed in this position:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- English and other languages will be valued.
- Strong teamwork skills and a commercial mindset.
- Incredible communication skills.
