What you’ll be doing: • Welcoming customers into the showroom and building genuine rapport

• Helping them find the perfect pieces to suit their home and style


• Talking through ideas and offering guidance to bring their vision to life


• Providing quotes, taking payments, and closing sales


• Handling enquiries confidently, both face-to-face and over the phone


• Smashing targets and making the most of the uncapped commission

What we’re looking for: • Experience in face-to-face sales (retail, showroom, or similar)

• Someone who loves working with people and building relationships


• Confident, driven, and motivated by targets and earning potential


• A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude


• Interest in interiors or home design is a big bonus
