We are a leading large format print company delivering high\-quality visual solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries. From exhibition graphics and retail displays to housing developer signage, construction site graphics, vehicle graphics, and bespoke printed materials, we help our clients bring brands, projects, and environments to life.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Sales \& Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and developing long\-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes. Experience with Hubspot and CRM software is highly desirable to optimise sales pipelines and client management and outreach.

This is a varied sales role that combines telephone sales, business development, networking, lead generation, email outreach, whilst utilising social platforms. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities and provide solutions.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and confident in engaging with customers through multiple sales channels including via telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Contact prospective customers via telephone, email, LinkedIn, networking activities, and other business development channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable large format print, signage, display, and graphic solutions.

  • Generate and qualify sales leads and convert opportunities into revenue.

  • Arrange customer meetings, site visits, and presentations where appropriate.

  • Follow up quotations, enquiries, and proposals to maximise conversion rates.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a similar customer\-facing commercial role.

  • Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident and professional approach when engaging with customers across multiple channels.

  • Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and enthusiastic about achieving results.

  • Strong organisational and time\-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Zoho or Salesforce.

  • Experience within the print, signage, graphics, marketing, exhibitions, construction, or related industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
