We are now looking for a Sales \& Business Development Manager to join us at G\+D Mobile Security for a permanent position based in Stockholm. About the RoleAs a Sales \& Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Mobile Security products and services. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high\-quality solutions used by millions globally. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are adaptable, proactive, and solution oriented. You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking, and you are comfortable navigating complex technical and commercial environments. Your ability to build trust, take initiative, and maintain a positive, forward\-looking attitude enables you to drive results and foster long\-term relationships, both within the team and with our customers. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts and identify/pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead complex solution sales processes, including RFX/tender negotiations, and generate sales forecasts and quotes.
- Build and enhance business relationships with customers, presenting and consulting at various organizational levels.
- Experience in international sales within telecommunications/software.
- Strong account management and new business development skills.
- Ability to sell both commodities and complex solutions.
- Understanding global network operations and connectivity.
- Experience with RFX/tender negotiations.
- Knowledge of eSIM vs SIM, MNO business.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Technical background, ideally transitioned into a commercial role.
- Experience in logistics within telco.
- Experience working in diverse, international environments.
- Extroverted, enthusiastic, ambitious, and resilient personality.
