Sales Associate (W/M/X)

- About the Role
This role contributes actively to the boutique’s commercial success through strong client engagement, sales performance, and operational support. The Sales Associate builds meaningful relationships with clients, develops product knowledge and clienteling skills, and ensures the highest standards of presentation and service are consistently maintained.
Job responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients through a premium and personalized in\-store experience
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations aligned with the brand universe
- Contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
- Participate actively in CRM and clienteling activities, including follow\-up and client outreach
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong product storytelling
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily boutique operations, including stock organization, replenishment, and inventory tasks
- Ensure compliance with boutique procedures, policies, and service standards
- Participate in in\-store events, animations, and product launches
- Collaborate closely with the team to create a positive and high\-performing work environment
- Continuously develop knowledge of products, collections, and watch industry trends
Profile
- 2 \- 4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client\-facing environment; luxury experience is a plus
- Strong interest in luxury, watchmaking, and client experience
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service\-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to different client profiles and situations with professionalism
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving results
- Well\-groomed, polished, and aligned with luxury brand standards
