Purpose/Scope:

To provide Ralph Lauren customers with exceptional sales support and service. Through our Cultural focus behaviours demonstrate a true passion and respect for the Ralph Lauren customer, product and retail environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.


• Assist clients with selection of merchandise and styling.


• Develop strong commercial relationships with clients.


• Responsible for achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets.


• Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor.


• Daily replenishment of stock according to allocation.


• Demonstrate a clear understanding and implementation of product, lifestyle, good merchandising and styling technique.


• Maintain effective communication with all peers and seniors (e.g. holds, sends, deliveries, schedules etc).

Qualifications \& experience

• Advanced experience in retail sales and service.


• Maintains In depth product Knowledge of non\- specialized departments.


• Consistently acquires, develops and retains customer relationships


• Strong performer across all sales platforms including progressive ways of selling


• Moves with urgency to deliver results


• Contributes to store sales objective as well as achieving personal sales goals


• Communicates with confidence


• Exhibits pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the Ralph Lauren expectations


• Identifies and acts on self\-development opportunities to improve performance


• Connects with and demonstrates the RL CFA’s: Empowerment with Personal Accountability, Straight Talk, Moves with Urgency, One Team Focused on the Consumer, Focus on What Matters Most


• Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
