Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates to support our bridal pop\-up event in Rome. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a luxury bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Date:

• Saturday, 11th July 2026

Hours:

• 8:30am \- 2:30pm OR 1:30pm \- 7:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience


• Assist brides\-to\-be and their guests in browsing and selecting items


• Handle product enquiries with knowledge and professionalism


• Maintain visual merchandising standards and help keep the space tidy and organised


• Support with basic event setup and pack down


• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pop\-up

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is essential (bridal retail would be a bonus)


• Must be able to speak Italian (at least C1/2 or above) and English


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers


• Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast\-paced environment


• Positive attitude and team\-player mindset


• Must have the relevant Right to Work documents and be able to provide these upon request


• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
