About the Role
We are currently looking for a Full Time Sales Associate for our Camper store in Amsterdam; someone who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Camper Sales Associate, your mission will be to focus on sales and customer service tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the achievement of company objectives and business growth.
We are counting on you to offer the full Camper brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, helping us achieve our goals in terms of sales, service and customer loyalty.
Your main tasks will be:
Customer Experience: Our customers matter! You will play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and developing long\-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
Brand Image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for representing the Camper brand image towards our customers, ensuring a premium experience aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principles.
Operations \& Procedures: In the omnichannel era, operations are key and have a strong impact on the customer journey. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s policies and procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.
About You
You are our perfect match if:
- You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades: in\-store and omnichannel.
- You have previous experience working in contact with people.
- You are available to work part time.
- You have a flexible working schedule.
- You are omnichannel oriented and confident using technological tools.
- You have a strong team spirit and great energy.
- You are a great communicator and highly results\-oriented.
- You can speak fluent English. Dutch or any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in the Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship.
