SESSÙN – a French ready\-to\-wear brand for women, is looking for a Minijob as Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our store in Cologne.
Sessùn was founded in 1996 in Marseille in France and has always gone its own way. Sustainable, creative and sensitive fashion. Guided by a concern for excellence, a sense of detail and the appreciation of know\-how, we are part of a conscious approach that respects people and resources.
Position to be filled
- 8h per week
- Start date: ASAP
- German Language min B2
- Salary: according to profile
- Fixed salary (based on profile)
- Monthly performance\-based bonus (linked to store targets as well as qualitative criteria)
- Seasonal wardrobe

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
- Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager

You have a strong passion for fashion and exceptional customer service. Retail is your field, and you’re eager to continue developing your skills in this dynamic environment. With previous experience as a Sales Assistant, you thrive both in a team setting and when working independently.
