• You don't wait to be asked — you approach people, share your product knowledge, and advise them as an equal. Never pushy, always authentic.

• You have an eye for which pieces work together, and you round out each look with the right products — so no one leaves the store with half an idea.

• From visual merchandising to stock checks to the register, you make sure everything in the store runs smoothly, stays clean, and is in order.

• You pull together with your colleagues, pitch in during promotions, and help carry the store's goals forward.

Your profile

• You genuinely enjoy working with people — retail experience is a nice\-to\-have, not a must


• You approach others openly and want people to feel well taken care of around you


• You're a team player, flexible, and ready to help wherever you're needed


• Even when things get busy, you stay reliable and keep an eye on the details


• You speak very good Dutch and English; German is a plus
