We are seeking a client-focused and sales-driven Sales Assistant who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about building meaningful, long-term client relationships.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised styling, expert product knowledge, and outstanding clienteling.
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing a loyal client base, driving sales performance, and acting as a true ambassador for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and exceed individual KPIs through expert product knowledge and client engagement.
- Deliver personalised styling advice and luxury shopping experiences.
- Manage the full client journey, from consultation to after-sales service.
- Promote Made-to-Order services and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Stay informed on seasonal collections, trends, and product offerings.
- Maintain detailed client records and use CRM tools to personalise communications.
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-up to strengthen client loyalty.
- Support exclusive client events, fittings, and trunk shows.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
- Contribute to overall store performance and commercial growth.
- Support and share best practices with team members.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain the store’s luxury presentation.
- Work collaboratively with stock and operations teams to ensure product availability.
- Assist in managing client flow and maintaining service excellence during peak periods.
- Proven success in luxury or premium retail sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience managing and developing high-value client relationships (VICs).
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, styling, and clienteling best practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
