No Experience Required (Full Comprehensive Training Provided) - Central Manchester

Looking for a Long-Term Opportunity in Manchester

Our client is a well-established and growing sales and marketing company based in St Ann's Square, Central Manchester. Due to continued growth, they're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their customer-facing sales team on a long-term, full-time equivalent basis.

Working across residential, events and business-to-business (B2B) campaigns throughout Manchester, you'll represent recognised brands while gaining hands-on experience across different face-to-face sales environments.

Whether you're starting your career, changing direction or simply looking for something new, no previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided from day one, alongside ongoing coaching and support to help you build confidence and develop your skills.

What They're Looking For

• Full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full days per week between Monday and Saturday.


• Ability to reliably commute to St Ann's Square, Central Manchester as required.


• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.


• Confidence speaking with customers and businesses face-to-face.


• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.


• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.


• Previous experience in customer-facing environments is welcomed but not essential.

• Immediate starts available.


• Full client and product training from day one.


• Ongoing coaching and development across sales, communication and customer service.


• Uncapped commission-based earnings, paid weekly, with additional performance bonuses.


• Experience across residential, event and B2B campaigns throughout Manchester.


• Regular team socials, activities and company events.

Applicants from a wide range of backgrounds can bring valuable transferable skills to this opportunity, including retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, marketing, bar work, front of house, field sales and other people-focused roles.
