What you'll be doing

This is a varied and busy role within the Digital \& Online Sales team reporting to a Senior Paid Advertising Manager, and collaborating with various marketing teams across the wider Hachette UK business. The role includes the following:
- Supporting the Senior Manager with campaign set\-up across Amazon Advertising for a number of divisions across Hachette UK, with a view to managing your own seasonal campaigns throughout the year.
- Monitoring paid advertising activity and providing clear and regular reports and updates to the marketing teams and Digital \& Online Sales team.
- Working with our internal analysis teams on continued development of our reporting tools.
- Be the point of contact for marketing teams for Amazon marketing \+ metadata features, and work with Amazon to provide clarity \& updates where needed.
- Manage the day\-to\-day admin \& operations of the team such as taking minutes, dealing with ad\-hoc queries, assisting with presentations, and more.

We’re looking for a proactive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi\-task and prioritise in a fast\-paced and busy environment.
Proficiency in any kind of data analysis or data reporting would be an advantage, but the successful candidate would be a quick learner, keen to take on new skills.
