We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant – The Netherlands
Your impact on our team:
To ensure the efficient execution of sales operations by coordinating customer administration, order management and communication across internal and external stakeholders, contributing to sales performance, customer satisfaction and business growth.
Mission
- Manage sales administration activities for customer accounts, including the registration and follow\-up of sales orders in SAP based on client confirmation and purchase orders, validation of quantities, customer POs, pricing and sales terms, processing of credit note requests,
- Provide support in the preparation and development of executive\-level presentations, as well as participate in coordination meetings with Demand Planning, Quality, Administration and Finance to ensure alignment and follow\-up of commercial processes.
- Assistance in Business Communication between Sales Team, customers, accountants and operations.
- Training and management of the internships in the sales department.
- Support with product traceability and communication with suppliers.
Profile
Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Logistics (technical education is also an option).
Experience:
- More than 1 year of experience in roles related to Sales Administration, Commercial Support, Customer Service, or Administrative Management, preferably within export, agribusiness, or international trade environments.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
