Stormshield, the leading French publisher and European reference player in cybersecurity, is a subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space Cyber Programmes and offers innovative, certified, European‑level‑qualified security products for protecting networks and data. To continue our growth, we are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience selling IT‑related products.

Team manager, Sophie, is looking for a person to provide daily support to field sales teams and handle the maintenance‑renewal activity, both in France and in the other countries where Stormshield operates. We seek a motivated, organised individual capable of working closely with partners, resellers and internal teams.

What are the responsibilities of the Sales Assistant?

• Coordinate actions with other sales teams in France and internationally;


• Assist in consolidating renewal/license inventory databases with customers;


• Maximise the maintenance renewal rate;


• Maximise revenue by proposing all upgrade or cross‑selling options, in collaboration with sales teams;


• Work in coordination with distribution‑channel actors to ensure customer retention, anticipate renewals and limit churn;


• Maintain a reliable forecast and keep the CRM up to date;


• Assist with commercial reporting

You will join the Inside Sales team, managed by Sophie, which consists of 4 people.
