• Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele


• Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients


• Client relationship management through digital tools


• Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock\-taking, etc.)


• Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals


• Sending daily reports


• Fluent Italian and English (speaking, writing and reading), another language is a plus


• Strong sales skills


• Experience in retail


• Experience in the world of fashion and luxury


• Flexibility


• A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude


• Target driven


• Good inter\-personal skills, team spirit/player
