Sales Assistant

Dance World, Ireland’s leading dance retailer is currently seeking a Fulltime sales assistant and Part\-time sales assistants for the Ranelagh and Parnell St stores. This position will report directly to the retail manager.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, outgoing individual who is eager to develop their career in retail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and deliver exceptional customer service.


• Implement excellent store standards.


• Effective visual merchandising and display.


• Achieving sales targets.


• Satisfying customer queries and complaint resolution.


• Management of deliveries and relevant administration.


• Accurate stock control and storeroom management.

· Strong sales skills

· Sales assistant experience.

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail and commercial awareness.

· Demonstrated IT skills.

· Competent in retail management software.

· Knowledge and passion for the dance industry in Ireland.

· Previous dance experience beneficial but not essential.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
