As a Sales Assistant based in Plymouth you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
- Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- When required serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

- Previous face to face sales and customer service experience is essential.
- To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
