What are we looking for?

We are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant for our store in Pampling\&Wituka Maastricht, with availability of 30 hours a week, in rotating shifts starting on the 28th of September and for a duration of a period of 7 months. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.

Main responsibilities

Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.

Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.

Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.

Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.

Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
