Sales Assistant 10h- Permanent contract

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our store on Claudio Coello Street in Madrid. Working alongside Joaquin, our Store Manager, and the rest of the team, you will play an active role in strengthening and growing the American Vintage brand.

Your mission will be :

1\. Creating meaningful sales experiences* Driven by a genuine passion for our products and the American Vintage universe, you thrive in a dynamic retail environment and enjoy surpassing objectives.

• You will provide a tailored, omnichannel customer journey designed to attract new customers, strengthen relationships, and encourage long\-term loyalty.

2\. Representing the brand every day* With a strong eye for detail, you will showcase the brand's identity by maintaining high visual standards throughout the store and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

• By making effective use of our digital tools, you will also contribute to visual merchandising and ensure that brand guidelines are consistently applied.

3\. Contributing to stock operations* You will help manage product flow throughout its lifecycle, from receiving deliveries to processing end\-of\-season returns.

• You will maintain an organized stockroom and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.

A first experience in retail would be appreciated.

You have a strong and inspiring personal style.

You are able to build and maintain unique relationships with your clients.

You enjoy working in a dynamic, fashion\-driven environment where challenge is key.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
