Sales and Purchasing Assistant

No two days are the same in our sales and purchasing office. You will be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, managing enquiries, and helping deliver the excellent service that keeps clients coming back to us time and time again.
Your Day to Day
- Handling incoming customer calls and emails
- Producing accurate quotes and processing sales orders
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Supporting the team in converting enquiries into sales
- Delivering excellent customer service and product support
You will help with recording goods received, chasing overdue deliveries, and keeping office administration organised and up to date.
We believe in rewarding loyalty and hard work. You will work a reliable Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, giving you your evenings and weekends free.
- Salary: £22,568 to £26,520 depending on experience
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
