Sales and Marketing Executive

Select Hotels \& Experiences is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially driven Sales \& Marketing Executive to support the growth of our hotel and travel portfolio across Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone with hotel sales and marketing experience who enjoys building client relationships, promoting hospitality experiences and developing new business opportunities within the Irish tourism and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow corporate, leisure and group business opportunities


• Promote hotel breaks, meetings, events and travel experiences


• Build strong relationships with hotel partners, clients and tourism industry contacts


• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and presentations to promote services and secure new business


• Support digital marketing campaigns, social media and promotional activity


• Attend networking events, trade shows and client meetings


• Prepare proposals, presentations and sales reports


• Assist with marketing communications, website content and partner promotions


• Work closely with the wider team to support business growth and brand awareness

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role within a hotel in Ireland


• Strong knowledge of the Irish hospitality and tourism industry


• Confident in conducting sales calls, client meetings and delivering presentations


• Strong ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities


• Experience in social media, digital marketing and client engagement


• Excellent communication, networking and organisational skills


• Self\-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Full clean driving licence
