Description

Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Reading:

  • Process customer orders accurately and manage order amendments in a timely manner

  • Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution

  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery

  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or stock issues

  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and update trackers regularly

  • Support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks

  • Assist with invoicing queries and liaise with finance where required

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service

Profile

Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Reading:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or coordination role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Job Offer

£14 - £18 per hour dependant upon relevant experience. Additionally there is a very good chance of the role becoming a permanent role for a successful candidate.
