Sterling Ventures UK Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our cash and carry B2B warehouse at B30\.

This is a varied and fast\-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, keeping organised and helping drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales through social media marketing and telesales.


• Maintain regular communication with field sales representatives and management to identify and develop new business opportunities.


• Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.


• Support sales activities and help convert enquiries and leads into new business.


• Assist with marketing activities to actively promote the business, increase brand awareness and drive sales.


• Carry out occasional field visits and sales promotional activities when required.

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales, sales or marketing.


• Have excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills.


• Have good computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.


• Be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Be confident communicating with customers, suppliers and other business contacts.


• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.


• Previous experience within a cash \& carry, wholesale, warehouse or FMCG environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.


• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for occasional field visits
