Sales and Marketing Assistant

About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, culturally aware, and motivated Marketing \& Sales Representatives to join our dynamic international team on either a full\-time or part\-time basis. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in promoting ICOT College globally, supporting international student recruitment, developing partnerships, and assisting students throughout their experience in Ireland.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong cultural knowledge, market understanding, or professional connections in the following regions:
- Taiwan
- Japan
- Malaysia
- Mexico
- Chile
- Central America
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international education agents and partners
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new students
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as directed by the Head of Marketing
- Support prospective students throughout the enrolment and admissions process
- Process student registrations and prepare necessary documentation
- Provide ongoing welfare and support services to students during their stay in Ireland
- Assist students with visa\-related guidance and documentation
- Support students with practical information upon arrival in Ireland
- Organise local cultural trips, activities, and student events
- Represent ICOT College at international education fairs and recruitment events
- Act as a key point of contact for students throughout the academic year
Fluent in English and at least one language relevant to one or more of the following regions:
- Taiwan
- Japan
- Malaysia
- Mexico
- Chile
- Central America
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or student support is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the international education sector is an advantage
- Highly organised, proactive, and student\-focused
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €14\.15 per hour
