Sales and Design Consultant

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and professional Sales Consultant to join our established and successful team.

The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales, managing customer relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and responding to incoming enquiries from homeowners, trade customers and commercial clients
- Conducting showroom consultations and site visits
- Building strong relationships with customers, architects, builders and developers
- Preparing detailed quotations and proposals
- Following up leads and maximising conversion opportunities
- Identifying opportunities for additional sales and repeat business
- Maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the sales process
- Representing the WindowWorx brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
