Hours available:
The role will require you to work between between Thursday \- Saturdays 10\.00a.m. to 5\.30 p.m.
This role requires you to work Saturdays
The ability to support our occasional late\-night parties, shop changeovers, sale preparation and overtime during busy time i.e., Christmas which includes Sunday opening in December.
Job responsibilities:
We are a fast growing business, and we welcome professional people who will be committed to embed our ethos and be strong advocates for our brand.
During your working day you will be responsible for:
- Sales and styling advice;
- Processing till transactions;
- Wrapping gifts;
- Excellent brand knowledge (training will be given);
- Excellent IT skills or epos skills
- Housekeeping duties;
- Stock replenishment;
- Customer returns;
- Problem solving
- Taking phone call and processing phone orders;
- Visual merchandising to maintain high standards
Other points to note:
The role carries a 6\-months probation period which includes regular reviews
We are currently only looking to fill this position with a candidate that has or is currently working in fashion and retail only.
We welcome anyone with Beauty therapy experience to work with our delilah make up
2 year customer service and sales is essential
Full training will be given
