About EOS Rooflights
EOS Rooflights Limited manufactures and supplies high\-performance flat and pitched rooflights to trade customers and homeowners throughout the UK. We are based in Sidcup, Kent, and produce everything in\-house, from thermally broken aluminium frames to fully insulated upstands.
We are growing our B2B presence, working with architects, main contractors, specialist glazing installers, and fabricators. This is a role at the centre of that growth.
The Role
This is a dual\-focus position. You will handle inbound sales enquiries and produce accurate, timely quotations, and you will also take an active role in outbound business development, building relationships with trade partners and helping convert prospects into long\-term accounts.
You will work closely with our Sales Manager and wider team, managing a varied workload that combines technical estimating with proactive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, qualifying requirements and producing accurate quotations.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation to prepare estimates for flat and pitched rooflight systems.
- Follow up quotations proactively to progress enquiries through to order.
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, contractors, glazing installers, and fabricators through outbound outreach.
- Deliver or support Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations to architects and specifiers where relevant.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records within our CRM and business systems.
- Communicate regularly with customers and trade partners to manage expectations and build long\-term relationships.
- Work with the Sales Manager to achieve team sales targets and business development objectives.
We want to hear from individuals who:
- Have previous experience in sales and estimating, ideally within construction, glazing, or a related building envelope product.
- Are confident speaking to customers, specifiers, and trade contacts, and can hold technical conversations with credibility.
- Are proactive and comfortable with outbound contact, whether that is following up quotations or reaching out to develop new relationships.
- Can manage a high volume of quotes accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Demonstrate resilience, strong organisation, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Are self\-motivated with a genuine desire to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Previous experience in a sales or estimating role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target\-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital business tools.
- Reliable commuter to Sidcup, Kent (in\-person role).
- Full UK driving licence.
- UK work authorisation.
