Sales and Business Development Coordinator

Are you a confident relationship\-builder with a flair for sales, business development and creating new opportunities?

We're looking for a proactive Sales \& Business Development Coordinator to help drive commercial growth and support the delivery of exciting sales and partnership opportunities across Cardiff Students’ Union.

In this varied and fast\-paced role, you will manage advertising or sponsorship enquiries, identify and generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners. You'll use our CRM system to track customer interactions, manage sales activity and help maximise commercial performance.

You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining commercial partnerships and supplier relationships, while supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and strategic projects designed to increase income, raise brand awareness and enhance student engagement.

The role also offers the opportunity to support some of the biggest and most exciting events in the student calendar, including Freshers’, Graduation and Varsity, as well as pop\-up retail activity and promotions across our commercial outlets. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to maximise sales opportunities, increase footfall and create engaging experiences for students.
